I purchased a sound blaster ZX PCIE card. When I installed it on my rig, machine would not turn on. I checked all components to make sure they were tightly secured. even took it out and machine wouldn't turn on.
Anyway, I bought a new rig and am concerned if the card is faulty.... If I try to install it in this new rig... worried it might blow it up

- Is there any diagnostic I can do on the sound card itself before plugging it into my new mobo ?
