Stardock dll files

I recently installed and removed objects desktop by Stardock but I was left with some dll files including fastload. Can anyone please tell me (in the simplest of terms please) how to remove these types of unwanted dll files.

You can try using the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301

It's a small download to Save To your desktop> then Run to install. Open it and remove these left over files.
