So... I'm not a big fan on "lifetime" services, they ussually aren't. Are this guys legit? How long have these guys been on the market?

They've been around since 2011 according to the Facebook page, they seem to have varying reviews but the speed & service seem pretty good for the price. Only one connection at a time though.

That's right, tigerVPN has been around since 2011 and we have big plans. The offer might seem too good to be true, but thousands of customers have already got it.

You can check out what they are saying about us on Trustpilot.com: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/tigervpn.com

FYI: Trustpilot only publishes reviews after receiving a purchase confirmation, so we’re really happy all of them are coming from real customers who use tigerVPN.
