Tablet stuck on startup screen

I have a supersonic sc-4009dl tablet that will not boot up. I can find no online documentation that exists for this device. It has an android os 8.1. Is there any one who can help with this device. I have reset it with the reset key that you stick in the side and from within settings.

I recently acquired a supersonic android tablet. I would not recommend anyone buying any of these products. There is no online documentation for these devices and one website I tried to go to was blocked for fraud and others have warnings.
