Task manager & regedit is not opening

I am much tired of trying to open task manager & regedit in mylaptop. I have attached my log file for hijackthis.doc. Kindly help me

Follow the 8 steps. Attach the three logs when finished running the programs. I'm guessing you pasted an old log in and the moderator removed it, so attach as mentioned> ALL 3 Logs, please.
