Trojan horse downloader. purity scan

Help! seem to have the same problem as soccer_chika, when I scan with AVG. I Followed the first part of what was suggested previously by blind dragon. I have a hijackthis report if I post it can anybody help. You seem very clued up I am afraid I'm not.
