trouble downloading files from all sites

yea um i cant dl files from the internet an error comes up saying that the file name is wrong

i am currently using firefox

dont any files download?? if firefox doesnt work, then test it out in internet explorer, and try loads of different sites.

well i was referred to use firefox after i made a post on this site about internet explorer having the same problem but the same problem is with firefox and i try to dl a lot trust me
