Tv Tuner card

Hi..im looking to buy a pci tv tuner card..I dont know much about them but i was wondering if anyone could give me a link to the best card for under $100.
Im sure you guys can pick a better one than I can. Thanx for any help.

You won't be disapointed.Does it come with TV remote control extra software and Booklets ? Read the package contents option.
Let me know if your not sure of anything.
I recorded a TV show last night and it plays just fine.
Audigy 4 is a great addition for playing anything on your PC or in the dvd or cd-rom drive.And good Stereo Surround sound reproduction.
It even skips commercials.It also has a cordless remote.
