Unable to install Windows 2003 R2 after upgrade from Windows 2000

I have tried several times to install the R2 from the CD2 but when the progress bar is almost and the middle I get that it failed, here is what I have from the mmc30core log

Jonas,
You might try copying the CD for SP2 to C: and then right click on the Setup exe file and chose Run As and then chose local Administrator.
Just a thought
