Does anyone know where to download an updated version of malwarebytes anti-malware?

I'm not sure what you mean by "updated".

Updated means it's up-to-date and doesn't need update at this time.

Those kind of programs need constant updating.
MBAM is updated daily so even if you install the newest version you still have to update it manually.
