Upgrading HDD issue

Dear users,
Can i get a confirmation for upgrading into 120 GB IDE HDD in 810 motherboard with P3 533 mhz processor?

standard ide hard drive 100mhz or 133 should work
you will have to fuss with win98
but win2K should have no problems
make a few partitions up
the hardware may not run on XP (I bet it won't)
