Video Card problem

I have a GeForce 7300 GS, and recently it has been making strange noises like beeping and erratic fan buzzing. Does anyone know of a solution?

Have you tried cleaning the heatsink on it?

I used an air can, but nothing changed. Then I pressed down the fan, which reduced the noise, but it came back the next time I started my PC. I think something is unstable in the placement of the fan.
