Vista driver power failure

So I'm not very good at technology, but here's what I know.

Every time my computer switches a power state (goes to sleep mode) it enters the blue screen with error code 09xF driver power state failure.

So I know something wrong with a driver. I recently got my keyboard fixed and they told me I was lucky because they "updated" my system for free. But obviously somethings wrong.

Here are my minidump files. I read that sometimes you can read them and see what's wrong.

Anyone know what's wrong?

It'll also help whoever tries to read your minidumps if you could also provide your system specs: e.g. computer make/model, Windows OS?, what Windows Service Pack (SP) level is installed? how much memory do you have?

I have a Dell latitude D630 with a 32-bit operating system, 2GB of memory,and a Intel(R)core (TM) 2 duo CPU processor.
