VLC help, please

Can somebody explain how to stop or go around this, please

Seems to be some kind of DRM on that track. In other words, content is probably encrypted some way and VLC cannot decrypt it.

You perhaps can find program to decrypt file. No idea what. And perhaps some other program may be able to play it.
