Weird malware: music playing, no programs running

Wierd virus or malware : you hear music without any programs running
do the 8 steps virus and malware removal it works I think. heres the stuff
I would like to know what I means

i did the 8 step removal of malware and virus . great results thanks for the suport

what should i do?

do i need all the programs that i downloaded doing the 8 steps virus malware removal ?": ccleaner , malwarebyte anti-malware ,super anti- spyware , hijackthis?
is it safe to delete this programs?
