Inactive What does this Spybot S&D scan mean

I ran a scan yesterday (06/05/13) & got this

Ran another scan today & got same. I googled it but zero results.
All other full scans (Avast,SAS,M-bam) came up clean. TIA

I can't.
Spybot usually creates some log.

On the other hand Spybot is considered as a tool of the past.
