Inactive What is ESET Security? and how to get rid of it

What is ESET Security?
I have just completed a new build. I am getting this nag screen to accept update ESET security.

How do I get rid of this? Thanks!

It was eliminated by the uninstall process, which looked almost like I was asking to have it installed. I don't know what set-up or hardware process it rode in on.
