What is the best AV or Internet Security Suite

As the title says i was just wondering if anyone could recommed to me the best av or Internet Security Suite in their opinion please.

Eset's NOD32 is what I use and have been using for many years. If you're willing to pay for software, NOD32 is the way to go in my opinion.
