Whenever I open a video in any browser my system restarts

Hai..I am using Windows Vista Home premium 32-bit. Whenever I open a video in any browsers, my system is getting restarted. What do I do? I don't know what the problem is also. so please give me a solution.

Is Vista fully updated using Windows Update? Do you have the latest Adobe Flash and the latest Java installed?
