why do my speakers doing a peeeeeeeeeee always when i play stuff
anmd sometimes the voice gets scratchy

drivers maybe, i doubt that, but may be your onboard sound if you're using onboard, or your sound card.

Perhaps you have old/bad drivers? Or a fault sound card. You need to give us more information before we can help you.

Are they properly connected?

Make sure you have the drivers and make sure you have speakers that cost more than 20 dollars. Try the speakers on some other device!
