Why IE 6 close automatically sometime?

Hi There, I have rebuilt my XP Professional with SP2 recently. Since the rebuild, IE6 seems randomly auto-closes when a certain websites are open. There was no such problem before I did the fresh rebuid. How could I solve such a prob? Your inputs would be appreciated.
