wierd icon problem in control pannel

for some reason this icon wont show up like it is supposed to..

any idea's why?

Ha! LOL, it may be bacause the link is damaged or that for some reason it has not fully loaded. Windows XP was never very good in the control panel/shared/network folders! tell me tho....does it still work when you click it?

yeah thats the weird part, it still works when clicked...
