Inactive Window XP Playing random music

My windows Xp is playing random music with no picture...I have ran Malwarebytes, Avast, and AVG. The problem has not been solved. I did find out that it was attached to C:Users\Users\user\AppData\LocalLow\4498.tmp
I have also ran CCleaner, and have used spybot. Nothing is taking this 'virus' away. Also when avast and malwarebytes are on, the notification pops up and says that the program is blicjubg garnfyk weboage ir fuke abd ut;s akways ub oricess L C:\\Windows\System32\svchost.exe with different file names. I'm not the best at computers but I know more than the average person. help would be much appreciated.

You can't be running two AV programs (AVG and Avast).
You must uninstall one of them.
If AVG use AVG Remover: http://www.avg.com/us-en/utilities

If you have paid version of MBAM which runs in real time uninstall Spybot.
If you have free version of MBAM, Spybot is fine.

CCleaner doesn't bother anything else.
