Windows 7 64 Time/Clock error!

I just installed windows 7 64 bit to my computer everything was working fine but now when i rebooted the time is set to 1/1/2002 and like five hours off, any help would be great thanks!.

I would change the CMOS battery on the motherboard.

Can 'just happen' on an old motherboard (4+years) after a power-off event, either deliberate or accidental.
