just bought a new windows7 professional cd with 64bit and finds it difficult to intsall.any time i tried to boot from the cd this is what i get;

windows failed to start. a recent hardware or software change might be the cause. to fix the problem:

1, insert your cd and restart your computer

2, choose your language settings and click next

3, click repair your computer if you do not have this disc

contact your system admin or computer manufacturer or assistance

status: 0xc000035a

inf: attempting to load a 64bit application, however this cpu is not compatible

any help as to how to go about it .you guys can assist me because my cpu is 1.8ghz and ram is 1gb

If you are trying to install windows 7 64 bit on a cpu that is only compatible with 32 bit, it will not work.

Post all your hardware spec

I did some googling, it appears you need to enable vt in your bios as said here
