Windows File Protection

Everytime i reboot my computer I get the following message

windows File Protection

Files that are required to run properly must be copied to the DLL Cache. Please insert Windows XP Pro CD.

I put in the CD and it runs for about 30 minutes and then the message goes away until the next time I reboot.

Have you scanned for Virii?

Yeah I have scanned for both virii and spyware.
