Windows Folder Opens on Boot

Whenever I bootup, the Windows folder opens automatically. I cannot make it stop! Please help.

Go to Start -> Run -> msconfig -> Startup Tab
Check out all settings.

It is windows xp sp1.

I ran msconfig but the folder open is not there.

And what about Start->Autostart?
