Windows media player dropping out of full screen at end of clip during playlist

So i just built a new PC, installed windows 7 yadda yadda yadda. Everything seems to be fine except for a few minor things, this being one of them.

Haven't come across this issue before, and google didn't come up with anything. It's a bit of a nuisance when you're watching something in bed and have to get up at the start of every new item in the playlist to full screen it again. I noticed if i moved the cursor a while before the clip ends then it seems to keep playing in full screen. If i leave it, it will drop out and display the taskbar with the wmp window maximized.

Couldn't see any settings that might make a difference but it's possible I just missed something. Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks, Luke

As always, people who need to commen need to know your hardware... computer or motherboard, memory brand and type for each module, hard drive, video graphics,etc...
as the problem is usually related to hard ware... then the device on which it is being played.

Don't really know what else you'd need to know? I think all the drivers are updated, but it does seem to be quite an odd thing to happen. I haven't reinstalled wmp. I think this version is specific to windows 7, I don't know if its actually available to download, probably is. In any case I could probably just dl an older version of wmp and see if the problem is still there.
