Say why are one of Techspot downloads gets trojan (machine learning) and Malware flags,? is it false positive, did they miss it somehow?

Thanks, I figured couldn't see anything from visual studio, I can cross this off the list. I recently got RATed charged $700 to my bank using amazon acct. I'm getting close down to one SSD.
