Windows search hijacker

Has anyone any suggestions as to how to get rid of windows search that has hijacked someones home page? We have run Ad-aware and Spybot (both updated) so far and still have the problem.

Finally we ran CWShredder which removed the problem, thanks for the help. :grinthumb
