Windows Vista Security Problems

Hello People I need help on this, I just got the new windows vista ultimate and I sell things on ebay and ieverytime I got to start and sell syuff windows says that it has bloacked the following because the publisher cannot be verified or something how do I fix this thanks:approve:

I don't have Vista yet, but see if there is a "Firewall" something in the "Control Panel". I have put quotes around terms familiar in XP, but I don't know if they exist in Vista. See if you can alter the firewall or security settings

well i have been doing a bit of searching and i have come to the conclusion that it is and active x tryong to be installed and windows is blocking it because it an unknown publisher how to allow the addon so it wont block it?
