Windows Xp Pauses When Loading

When I start my computer, I type in my password and then my lexmark x63 scan and copy porgram, and the norton antivirus loads in the task bar, then it pauses for like 30 seconds, and then everything else loads, and I can use my computer. I have tried using msconfig, spybot, and adaware to find out what is casuing it, but I cannot figure it out!!

You might try enabling boot logging in msconfig /boot tab. This will show you what is loading and what is having problems. You can review it after you get into windows and see. You can also check your Event Viewer for errors.
