Zip file header [before downloading]

Hi all!
I'm looking for a program [freeware] that shows the zip file contents through the web without download entire file (just the header).
Also I'm looking for a [freeware] command-line downloader for windows.

wget is a powerful command-line downloader and there is a windows version:

As for the zip files, try this tiny proggy:
