In an effort to expand their existing mp3 player line-up, Creative has introduced a new lightweight mp3 player. The ZEN Stone comes with a 1GB storage capacity, a built-in rechargeable battery that supplies up 10 hours of playback, and USB 2.0 connectivity. Creative seems to boast about its $69 price tag, but most mp3 players with similar capacities retail for about the same price. When compared to the new iPod Shuffle, it shares much of the same characteristics. Accessories for this new mp3 player include an armband, a key chain case, and skins which will be made available by mid May.
