Mozilla has released a third beta version of Firefox 3, bringing some fairly significant changes to its open-source browser including enhanced security features, an improved download manager, one-click bookmarking, offline application support, faster page rendering and over 350 fixes related to memory leaks.

The new Firefox beta also adopts the native style of the operating system you run it on - Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux. This is the eleventh milestone release from Mozilla in the Firefox 3 browser development process, and while Mozilla has warned that it is intended for "testing purposes only" and is aimed at developers rather than "casual users", those of you that aren't afraid of a little beta action can download Firefox 3 Beta 3 here. Be advised, however, that several popular plug-ins may still not be compatible with the latest beta version of Firefox 3.
