After malware infection, browser searchbar gives hijacked results

I recently got AntiVirus 2009 & spent the next 3 days trying to get rid of it. MalWareBytes removed most of it, but I have a remaining symptom (which makes me wonder what else is still active)...

When searching from the browser search bar (in either Google or Yahoo), the search results are hijacked. They contain hrefs that point to "http://74.125.95.132/search?...". If I do the same search directly from http://www.google.com the results do not contain these hrefs.

When the links are clicked, they attempt to open a page other than the one described, often with multiple pop-up attempts (that are thankfully blocked by the browser).

Logs are attached; any help would be appreciated.

Arrg! "SWP2009 demo", the fake anti-virus, popped up on my screen a bit ago, so evidently the infestation continue.

Ran ComboFix; seems to be gone.
