Auto start after shutting down

I've never experience this before. For some reason my Computer running XP will start up 15 to 20 min. after I have turned the computer off. Any suggestions.

Go into your bios and disable all the auto power-on settings.

I would also do some virus scans to rule that out, and post a hijackthis logfile for the pros on this site to have a look over.

I went to the bios settings (F1 on my computer) but did not see any thing with Auto On. Is there another access to the Bios?

I read the Knowledge Base Info and did what they said but still no luck.
