NTKRPAMP.EXE appears to be causing stop error, please help!!

My machine is Windows 2003, IBM X366. I have looked through the dump files and see that NTKRPAMP.EXE seems to be causing the problem, but I haven't found out how to fix it. I have attached the dump files for review. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Probably the culprit is faulty ram. Your version of Norton AV is one year behind. You had better upgrade Norton AV to latest patch and run memtest to stress test the ram.
