Prey is the second oldest game in our test suite and we have found it interesting to see how the cards perform here compared to newer titles. With AA/AF disabled, the Radeon HD 3870 has a significant advantage, delivering 34% more performance at 1920x1200.


But again, after enabling 4xAA/16xAF the playing field is leveled allowing the 9600 GT to match or even beat the performance delivered by the Radeon HD 3870. The big question: Drivers or architecture limitations?
