    Uninstall this rubbish:
    C:\Program Files\webHancer\Programs\whSurvey.exe
    delete the lot.

    Let HJT "fix" these in Safe Mode:
    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.cnn.com/
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.sony.com/vaiopeople
    O2 - BHO: jimmyhelp.CBrowserHelper - {90092BD7-D251-41EC-83DE-56D841E1ABF4} - C:\WINDOWS\bjplmve.dll
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QBCD Autorun] E:\autorun.exe restart QB_SEQUENCE first
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [webHancer Survey Companion] "C:\Program Files\webHancer\Programs\whSurvey.exe"
    O4 - Startup: Trillian.lnk = ?
    O4 - Global Startup: VAIO Action Setup (Server).lnk = ?

    Then delete:
    C:\WINDOWS\bjplmve.dll
    E:\autorun.exe
