    Greetings!
When starting up some programs, including Win Excell, I am getting the message "Unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because MSCTF.dll was not found. Reinstalling this application may fix this problem." And then the application starts anyway.
I'd like for that error message to stop <grin>.
So, I reinstalled Office 2003 - no joy.
    I've found 3 instances of msctf.dll,
    one is in C:Windows\servicePackFiles\i386
    another is in C:Windows\System32\dllcache

I hope someone here can offer a suggestion.
    Tks! - TomJB
