ATI Asus 5870v2 or 5850?

Im not too sure about which one to go for, the asus v2 is the only 5870 as far as know that can fit in a coolermaster scout the others are too large. will I see a big difference in fps?

also will this standard 5870 fit? its soo cheap

Your best bet is to measure the available space in the chassis. Remember to allow around 5cm over the length for the PCIe power connectors that will attach to the end of the card.
The Asus V2 is the shortest 5870 I think (9.5" / 24cm), the other card you linked to is a reference card, and all reference cards are 11" /28cm in length. There are slightly shorter cards on the market (HIS iCooler V 10.7" / 27cm for example) but not significantly shorter.

You might want to check out the Gigabyte version,of the 5850, if you have a cramped case the cooling is very good. I just put three of them in last night and they are topping out @ 77c stacked on top of each other. They are a little longer than the one Chef points out, but the connectors are on the side of the card.

well previously I measured 27.8cm of room (at a squeeze) for a graphics card.
