We are running Windows XP SP2 in an AD Environment we are getting blue screens on computers we deployed with a standard image for a specific business function. it seems to do it randomly, but mainly on powerup and returning from sleep mode. i have isolated a common System Error event in the logs of the computers that are crashing.

Error code 00000019, parameter1 00000020, parameter2 8635bc18, parameter3 8635bc38, parameter4 0a04000e.

This is a software problem as it occurs at multiple computers. You have to zip 5 to 6 minidumps and attach them here.
