Hello, I have been working with this computer (an HP Pavilion s5-1200z) for several hours now and still have not figured out whats going on. The computer is running Windows 7 Home Prem. and has been updated regularly. Night before last we were unable to access the internet from IE or Chrome, but had an internet connection pinging out and in. I was able to update MSSE software and Malwarebytes. I have run Malwarebytes full scan in normal mode and in safe mode. I have run MSSE in normal and safe modes. I also ran Combofix in normal and safe modes. After none of these "fixed" the issues or even gave me a clue to what the issue is, I came searching and found this forum. I again ran Malwarebytes and the dds file you requested in the order and manner you suggested. If I'm reading the rules correctly, you want me to copy and paste the MBAM.txt and both dds files in the reply section so here it goes.... PS ...Thanks for your help in advance, I'm pulling my hair out!
