    Broni:

    I bought a new RAM. The Laptop is running much faster but still I'm not able to conect to yahoo/hotmail. Last time I turned on my computer I got a prompt indicating ther was an IP conflict with other system in the network. Could it be that what is driving me crazy with this issue? :)

    OK. Thanks very much. Three Last questions:

    1. Should I uninstalled avast (free download trial version) and re-installed my Norton, which I've got a license for 4 more months?
    2. Should I complete steps 8-10 on your quote #57
    3. My Windows firewall is off. I was told it is not good to have the antivirus and the windows firewalls on at the same time.

    1. You can go back to Norton, if you paid for it.

    Not true. You have to have AV and firewall running. However, if you go back to Norton, it includes a firewall, so in that case, you turn Windows firewall OFF. You don't want to run two firewalls.
