Cant remove Black WARNING! screen from desktop HJT log attached

Hello all,

I have been unsuccessful in removing the virus/spyware/html desktop that's on my computer which causes a black desktop pattern and a variety of pop-up warnings. Have tried Adaware, spybot, and crwshredder. Have also researched extensively without success. HJT file attached. Step by step would be greatly appreciated!

Follow up

I did as you suggested and located several of the files using HijackThis to fix. Ran all the apps suggested in the post. Same problem occurs but now I also had an auto pop-up scanning software called PSGuard which behaved like a spyware checker....I've attached an updated HJT file. Your help is appreciated.
