had a hunt around the net and found the best way to fix the DLL problem was to do a system restore​
I clearly stated at the very beginning of this topic:
Please refrain from running tools or applying updates other than those I suggest.​
You decided to find your own ways so...you're on your own.​

All I did was restore to a point that I could get back onto the computer. Without doing this I could not do want you wanted me to do. As a matter of fact, I did less than you wanted me to do because I didn't know if one of these processes actually caused the dll corruption.
 
Please don't create new topics as I will NOT help you.
You wasted my time by not following my instructions.
