CMD.exe not openning. firewall,anti viruse & spyware not running in system tray

Please guide,
I am using Windows XP, Bitdefender & avira antivirus, Zonealarm basic firewall and Spyware Terminator.

1. System beocome very slow, Internet browsing stops occasionally, CMD.exe command not running from RUN. Icons of antivirus, firewall and antispyware disappear from system tray.
2. after scaning the system found some trojan horse program and removed them.
3. Still problem not solved.

Please guide.

If you are finding malware in Avira, please include a log for current scan.
