Is your system one you built yourself or is it a prebuilt one like a Dell, HP, etc.?

is built one..no brand..i bought from a PC shop :D

motherboard is Abit i-45CV...running sata 160GB harddisk...DDR2 ram

is it software crash or hardware faulty?

The issue is with your Real Tek High Definition onboard audio driver RtkHDAud.sys

The standard procedure would be to go to Abit's website, find your exact model motherboard and update the drivers from there but seeing as how Abit is no longer in business that may be a tad difficult.

Nevertheless, there may be something still availiable online.

oh OK! i will try on it . i am on vacation until next tuesday. then only can back home to test.
so i will found it out. please dont close this thread first. thanks!
