Computer will not power on

I have a problem with my computer...when i pwr on my computer...NOTHING HAPPENS =(....there is no beep or anything... just the fans spinning...{my sister said it just cut off on her while she was "myspacing"}
btw i dont have much knowledge about computers ..sorry

Is the light working on the motherboard inside the case? if not then either your Power supply or your mobo is dead.

Yes the Motherboards Red Light comes on.

if you have access toa nother power supply you could try it and see if that solves the problem. or you could pick up a power supply tester for around 12.00
